Do i help hatch quail?

Hi
I incubated my second batch of quail eggs.
First batch didn't turn out so well. I set 40 eggs, 6 survive, 2 has wry necks.

So my second batch I put in everything including detached air cell eggs.
The concern I'm having:
One of the detached air cell that floats around in the eggs developed. I tried to set it upright most times. However, when I candle on day 7. I couldn't find any air cell in the egg, but the egg is still developing.

Will the quail die in the shell since there's no air cell at the big end?
What should I do at this point? It's day 13 now.
Lockdown is tomorrow.

The chick should orientate itself towards the air cell, wherever that may have ended up (and if it reattaches in an odd place you can't see it), and even if it pips straight out at the wrong end it can still hatch all by itself, so don't be in a hurry to intervene as you can do more harm than good jumping in too soon. Just remember if they do pip at the small end they skip the internally pipped stage, so they will take longer to hatch as the time they would have spent at the internally pipped stage gets added onto the time they would sit at the externally pipped stage. So it could take at least 48 hours in that instance to hatch, perhaps longer. I've had quail not be ready to unzip until 36 hours (externally pipped and in addition to the 24 hours they would be at the internally pipped stage) have passed so just be patient (as difficult as that is), make sure the humidity is good and keep an eye on them.

It's likely there is an air cell, but distorted enough to be hard to see. I'd just cross my fingers and hope for the best.

4 healthy chicks from 40 eggs is a bit of bad luck. When you go a third time check out all meters to be sure they are accurate. How often do you turn the eggs? If you have an automatic turner be sure it is working correctly. For this hatch be sure to have a nonskid material under the eggs to prevent spraddle leg and other leg/feet problems. Shipped quail eggs, if they were shipped, usually do better than 6 out of 40.

Thank you ^_^ I will be more patient with this batch. I feel a bit reassured. I didn't think it will developed.

Thank you ^_^ the first batch air cells were mostly bad. This batch I only had 4 bad air cells out of 36. I will prepare everything you suggested.
