Do I need to age the quail meat before eating?

You don't ahve to, just let them get past the rigormortis stage, then they are good to go.

Icomes about shortly after the kill, depending on the temperature, and lasts a while, then it is gone and you can eat. Of course the meat willl be better if aged a bit, but really, quail are delicious any way.

We were a lot happier with our quail that sat overnight.
Last batch had cranberries, spinach and feta cheese with some fresh spices stuffed into them...... I can hardly wit to have more!!!!!

Rusty : How ya doing ??????????. I do let mine sit awhile, I am just used to it that way, it does help. What ya processing ??.
