Do I need to Cull all my new Pullets?

I purchased Five 10 week old pullets and have them quarantined from my 3 laying hens. 1 of them started showing Respiratory illness 9 days ago (Sneezing, gurgling, labored breathing etc) I've had her in another quarantined area treating with electrolytes and Tylan oral in hopes of helping her with whatever she has. We have no local Aviary vet. I came home from work this morning and another of them is Labored breathing with crusty nostrils. It too is quarantined separately from the rest of the new ones.

I am going to cull them versus infecting my 3 Hens I have now. My question is, Do I need to cull the other 3 pullets since they all came from the same source?

I would. They're likely all carriers of whatever it is that they have, and better safe than sorry.

Well, I ended up culling 3 tonight of those 5
