Do I need to Cull, or can it get better?

Can you post some photos of her and the foot?
A chicken at any age can suffer from Wry Neck, that is just a symptom.

Vitamins can be found at Walmart or your local pharmacy.
400IU daily of Vitamin E, 1/2 tablet B-Complex. Give her some egg daily too.

If she laid an egg, she must have been in pretty good shape.
Wonders if she fell and hit her head?
Rest(isolated in a crate) and vitamins would be the only think I can think of doing.
Hard to handle when you're gone all day :hugs

She laid an egg in the isolation crate last night. I think she must have fallen, or someone pecked her in the head. It's my son's hen, so I really don't want to kill her if I can help it.

Here are pics.

Glad that she is able to stand. Make sure that she drinks some tonight in case she knocked her water over awhile ago. Sometimes I use a large plastic coffee container filled to the top, so that it is too heavy to knock over easily, but some birds are pretty talented at spilling. She may be doing better and want out. Good luck with her.
