I would get that up and going with humidity and if you still have eggs that need to be hatched put them in their. If the others are hatched but not dry, I would put them in there until they are. They are inside in a box with mama, have been for 2 days, one of them popped out of the egg the other came outside but still has goop on her bellyi say take em inside and let them hatch on their own maybe if you don't have an incubator you can put them under a towel
