Do i need to lower tempeture when i stop turning eggs?

I left my temp alone once i turned cradle off it was a steady 37.6 or 99.5. When you put your extra water in your temp might drop a bit, dont try and turn it up it will go back to normal wthin the hour..good luck with your hatch:D

Well, usualy I like to raise my temp during lockdown........it's because when you take the turner out, the turners motor is no longer in there, and it produces heat so without the heat of the motor, the temp goes down. And the eggs now much deeper in the bator and farther away from the heat source, because the turner used to keep the eggs higher off the bottom. I don't know what other people do, but just don't put the temp down. Good luck with your hatch

I don't have a turner in mine. I had some pieces of aluminum foil over my water tray to keep humidity down and removed them this morning and the center thermometer reads 98.8 degrease. what should I do? its been stable for the last couple of days reading 99.9 and my other one was reading 100.4 (more to the edge, now says 99.9)

I'm going to have issues with this also when my eggs go into lockdown. my temperature is at 100-101 with 35-40% humidity...raising it higher will shoot down my temp..
