Do I need to separate my chickens?

My older chicken keeps pecking my younger chicken to the point that you can see her skin.

The older one is 9 weeks and the younger ones are 6 weeks

Are the other younger ones pecking the spots the older one made? If not, I would separate out the older one.

How big is your coop? It's easy for the older hen to target a single chick when they aren't a lot of chicks to take the bullying. And if your coop isn't big enough the chicks may not have enough space to run away. Do you have a space were just the littles can go?

The older one is 9 weeks. Younger ones 6 weeks. Would be difficult for them to create a space just for the littler ones that the other couldn't get into.
