FYI, this is an old thread and the person you replied to hasn't been on since May of '20.
To answer your question, though, keep the humidity low during incubation then bump it up to 50-55% at lockdown.
These settings work very well at sea level, but I've found that I need to raise the humidity to about 60% at lockdown since I moved to over 4000' elevation. 30% seems to still be fine during incubation.
