Do I separate baby buttons from parents?

Well my broody button hatched out 2 babies. It is ahead of when I thought they would hatch so I am unprepared. Do I separate them from mom and dad? I saw dad take a peck at a chick and had read they can kill them. Help!!

Just watch him carefully. He might just be checking them out but could easily kill them. Maybe remove the male? If you are overly worried get your brooder setup and move them but not before you get the temp regulated. good luck
