Do I take any pipping ducks out of moms nest?

I have 4 black swedish duck eggs that have started internal pipping. I have 10-12 in all that will start within days of each other. They are all being sat on by momma duck. My ducks, including the drake are in a large cage in my backyard. Do I have to remove the eggs that have started to pip? Will dad attack his babies or does that just go for new comers? Do I just continue letting her do her thing? Thank you!

I am thinking about just building a makeshift house around her and her nest. The "cage" they are in is like 50ftx50ft. It is an aviary, because I am scared of hawks.

I'm not sure what you are asking. You said should you remove the pipping eggs at first?

If she is nesting on open ground then yes I'd try and give her a secure sheltered area to raise the babies, but I wouldn't move them until they hatch.
