You aren't doing anything wrong. I have looked at your other posts and it seems that you really want to be able to bond with these ducks. It will take time. I didn't see the age of the ducks but I am assuming that they are adults by your other posts. The ducks need time to adjust to their new home which can take several weeks. Runners are a skittish breed so unless the breeder spent alot of time with them and handled them often, they may never be overly friendly.
Slow down and spend quiet time with them. If you try to force it, they will continue to be scared.

thanks i know it will take time xx they are august ducks so are young but not ducklings, they were keep in a small group , but dont think much human time spent with them, i do talk to them every time i go in the garden or near to them, i just wish that they would show interest in treats i try and give , they just look ans seem to be saying you gotta be joking i aint eating that ! i think once they start enjoying treats the maybe i will get somewhere , they are lovelly tho, x any other info would be much appreciated , this is the first time i have kept ducks,

thanks
