Do large poultry farmers feed Purina Layena?

Agree. Don't think you'll find any animal protein in the normal DuMor products. Since Purina tends to be vegetarian, contrary to what a chicken normally eats, it stands to reason. DuMor is packed at Purina plant. I've never quite understood the whole Purina vs DuMor issue. There's isn't any substantive difference in the two, not that one would expect any.

They've both both become too expensive, imho. Local feed mill produces a ground feed that the hens like better and costs much less. Production remains fine.
