RDevries, I dont think you can get a new sleeve for your coat. Companies do not repair damages on coats. You will have to order a new coat or order a sleeve from a specific company that CAN send you a replacement and have a good stemstress to do the work. IMO, its more expensive to do this so better off get a new coat.
Since they can sell you a patch, either figure out the real cost of a good coat vs the patch AND your life.
Find another company and do your research a little better. Polyster is durable but highly flammable. Reading labels will help also. See if they have flame retardant on it.

What kind was it?
My great uncle had a PRIME condition of a Caddy, just drop dead goreous two door sedan with leathers, not a scratch or dent on it! After he passed away, his nephew got it and tore it up.
It was a "boat" car, I believe it was a 1975 Caddy.
