Do pink waddles/comb always mean a roo?

I have 2 New Hampshire Reds. One of them is big (the biggest out of all six of my chicks). The other one is much smaller, but with a waddle and comb that is distinctly pink. I have been reading a lot on the forum about sexing and seems the pink coloring are rooster characteristics. Could she/he still be a pullet?
Thanks!

Post a picture....that will help a lot more

4 1/2 weeks. Out of curiosity, what makes you think it is a roo? Is it the pink? I also noticed today that the other New Hampshire Red has black on her feathers but this one does not...
