Do pullets ever try to crow?

I bought 9 "pullets" last year, they ALL ended up being roos! What are the chances....it was cool to hear them all, our coop/barn is far enough away from the house....so now we are starting over...guess 3 more will go away, I was wanting to see them grow up, they are a mix and should be really pretty

Hens can occasionally crow, but it's not very common. It's far more likely that you have a cockeral. Do you have a picture of the bird?

I drove 5 hours to hand pick my new ones, the store got them from a hatchery, so far all are pullets! yeah...the 3 I got from the local hatchery ( I use the term mildly) are all roos now apparently..but they were straight run. It was worth the drive to get these!
