Do Rouens like the pouring rain?

I hate this my Rouen I'm almost sure does not like rain I have learned to tell if he's happy or sad. He always has a this mad / sad face after rain. He is 8 months and loves the pool but hates rain, is this normal for Rouens?

He has these sly eyes and does not do his happy greeting to me. In the morning he says good morning by opening his eyes as wide as they can open (witch means he happy) sticks his bill in the air and quacks with his mouth wide open, when it rains he gives me a meh face ( when he does not even look at me and quacks super quiet and barely opens his bill

If it rains hard my Muscovy's stand in the rain stalk still they look like lawn ornaments. My Runners and Buffs just keep on doing what they normally do.
