Do some barred rocks lay blue eggs?

I was just noticing in the breeds index it showed a blue and a light brown egg in the barred rock info. I have never heard of this, and wanted to know if anyone had experienced this. Post pics if you have them.

No, a pure Barred Rock does not lay a blue egg. BR crosses, if crossed with a blue/green egg layer may lay that color--I have a few of those myself. I'll check out that page and see if it needs to be fixed.
 
I agree with Speckledhen. Technically it would not be a Barred Rock if it was crossed. If a Barred Rock is crossed with a blue/green egg layer the off spring of them would be a green egg layer with barred feathers. Here is my Barred EE hen for an example.
