Do these chicks look 4 weeks old?

These chicks are almost four weeks old. They are 3 weeks and 6 days old. I am just worried they arent growing good. They are silkies.

What kind of feed are they on and are they eating ok?

I make my own feed from quinoa, cornmeal, flaxseed and oats. They seem like they are eating fine.

I am no expert but would say if they are eating,drinking and not acting sickly they are doing just fine.

Mine are 5 weeks and I'd say yours look just like mine did
