Do these eggs need washing?

I am going to set these eggs for incubator this evening and was wondering if they need washing/wiping down with a cloth to get the dirt off?

I have had bad experiences in the past where the eggs have not fully developed due to bacteria entering the egg.

I don't wash my hatching eggs. I might wipe off the dry dirt a bit with a dry napkin although I leave the bloom on. I have a dirty egg in my incubator and it's doing great.

It’s better to wash them than have dirty eggs. Make sure you wash them all.

Is it just with hot water or is there anything I need to add?

I wouldnt use water. Just a dry rag and wipe the loose stuff off. Washing them can cause them to go bad faster as you will wash away any natural defense the shell has. Just my opinion.

I don't wash dirty eggs, but I do wipe any poop off with a damp cloth (or just don't incubate them)
