Do these girls looks close to laying?

We got these gals ( one pic of Mr. Rooster cause he's beautiful and we love him) about 9 weeks ago and we're not sure of their age when we got them. Our best guess is that they are around 16 to 20 weeks old. Do they look close to laying ? They were rescues so we only have best guesses on breeds but they are all larger in size than our adult isa brown ladies.

We have no idea! They were all rescues so we just got a mixed bunch. Out of 19 I'm pretty sure we only have 2 roosters, him and one silkie. He's beautiful and so far very docile
