Do these hackle feathers make my pullet a roo? (pics included)

I have 10 WLH "pullets" that are 18 weeks today. The one pictured is the only one with these pointy hackle feathers. Does this make my "pullet" a roo? Thank you in advance for your expertise!

well, it does look like those are very roostery hckle feathers.

plus he has a big red comb, yellow comb even at 18 week means pullet
