Do these look not dead?

I'm not seeing a chick in any of them. Perhaps it's the pictures? If I recall correctly, my eggs were very dark at that point, almost the entire egg was taken up by the chick. Do you see any movement?

No movement. This is weird it happened last time too. I have the temperature right, I keep the humidity in the incubator right, I dont expose them to any germs and I rotate them twice a day. What could cause this?

I'm sorry I don't know. I had some like that too, it's so disappointing! Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along soon.

And welcome to BYC.

Yes I bought fertile eggs although I kinda figured they'd die. Thanks for your help. If anyone else has anymore info they could give that'd be awesome.

Did you have them shipped? I had some silkie eggs shipped to me and only hatched 6 out of 14 eggs. The rest never developed.

Yes I had them shipped. I have 4 more eggs I didnt candle because I thought maybe theyd live if I didnt candle them. Those were just the unlucky chosen ones that got candled so hopefully the other 4 hatch.
