Like cracking up said, See how they do together when they get older & start breeding. If it seems like he is overbreeding her you may need to add another her or two to the group.
Some of my girls have "thin" spots on the back of their heads from breeding but that is normal, the drakes can pull out feathers on accident. I onlt have 2 boys in a flock of 20(ish.. lol).
