Do these silkie feathers look right?

I'm a first time chicken keeper of 2.5 week olds. Part of my flock of 9 are a few silkies. I got my birds from Feather Lover Farms (a terrible experience). Two of my silkies have feathers growing in that look expectedly wire-y hairlike feathers, but this gray one feathers look too neat and normal. Is it possible that a silkie has feathers like this at 2.5 weeks old? Or might it be crossed with another breed?

Doesn't look pure, those feathers aren't right for a Silkie.
