Do Turkey Tom's have spurs?

I have some Black Spanish and Bourbon Red Turkey poults that are around 3 and 1/2 months old now. Do male turkey's get spurs on their legs and if so, at what age do they start showing?

They do get spurs, yes.

I don't remember how old they are when they do though. lol

Does anyone know? I am curious also. My BR is 4 months old now and no sign of spurs yet.

they grow usually between 8 months to a years depending on the turkey breed. sometime they may grow eirlier

They start developing spurs around 6-7 months old or so, you'll notice them after they are a year or so getting bigger every year

My 3 1/2 month old has nothing yet, but he fluffs out every time I go in the pen and my other two 3 month olds never do. Is this a sign he is a male? I question this because his mom fluffed out all the time before she hatched eggs. This one is aggressive to the dog but never to the other turkeys.
