Do turkeys always.....

Over 80° F and ours start panting like dogs. Keep several `hog' bowls out and filled with clean water. They spend serious time standing and scratching in them.

Mine pant all day on hot days. I have a fan in their enclosure, and a 'swimming pool' (shallow cat litter box). They quit panting at night but by 9 or 10 am on hot days, they are usually panting (open beak breathing)

Its been in the mid 90s all week and i have two kiddie pools that they use they are 4 months old.

I have placed a kiddie pool out since we have had 90 degree temps and over 100 as well they like standing in it.
I also will set a yard sprinkler in there pen and let it run about 20 minutes 2 times a day depending how hot it is in the afternoon.
They will stop panting as soon as they walk in and out of the sprinkler after two or three days of doing this they decided they like there little showers.
we are also going threw a drought and have not been getting any rain for them to enjoy any king of cool off.
