I would say you have a rooster because of the already bright red dominant wattles, comb, pointy hackle feathers and already raised main sickles

I really suck at this I really thought that rock was a pullet. put it out with my rooster and it wasn't good. so how about this one?

Pullet. However, she is not a Sultan. Sultans have five toes, as well as feathered legs and vulture hocks (stiff projections of feathers on the lower part of the leg). Your bird is clean-legged. She's probably a pretty Sultan mix.
