Do we remove unhatched eggs?

Five chicks have hatched, presumably yesterday, but saw them following the hen this morning. Four eggs still in the nest. She keeps going back to them, rearranging them etc…but was off the nest for some time today as well and they felt cold. Should we remove them? I’m worried she might keep sitting, and not take the chicks to the food and water…

either take them out and incubate them or toss them. It's a distraction for the hen when she should be taking care of her already hatched chicks
