Well I am going to leave now, just because I think this thread was made for people that believe in thing like:
getting abducted by aliens
thinking there are aliens
and aliens preforming surgical operations (like making a bubble on your skin??) on abducted humans then brainwashing them and returning them to there home without anybody noticing.
You should write a book.

Well, I am not one of those people! I don't believe in any of that. But I think astronomy is an awesome and humbling pursuit and try to keep up with the latest.

It is very interesting that if you look at stories in our past, there are tales of people being abducted by the Fae or by spirits or by whatever was appropriate for that culture. People being turned into "changelings" and such. I believe it was a way for people to account for some psychological incident, in the same manner that we no longer think people who have epilepsy are possessed by demons.
