Do you find it hard to eat your eggs???

I give and receive. When I get the eggs I give a special treat just for that reason. It makes me feel better!

ahhh thank you so much! I though I was the only one scared to eat my chickens eggs. I can eat them when they are baked into cookies or somehting. But i have a hard time eating them just plain...like in scrambled eggs and stuff. I dont know why though....hopefully I get used to them!

The people in my house have to wrestle them from my cold dead fingers! I hoard them like a broody hen! I've been a hatching fiend these days and enabling other hatching fiends by sending them out in the mail to them.

Actually no, I don't have a problem eating them, but I only eat the rejects that I don't want to be hatched. If they're pointy, I eat them. I've heard the pointy ended eggs are roos. Nommy nom!

The only problem I have with eating my chickens eggs is that everyone keeps asking me for them. Leaving
me with very few for myself. But that's ok. I just have to eat them quicker.

i have had chickens for over 10 years and to this day i still cant come to eat any of there egg............i sell or hatch mine. but the egg from the store ah i eat many of them and never think about it.

Trust me, you WILL so get over that! I felt strange about eating them at first, then totally got into them and how yummy they are, how neat it is to collect them, spoil my hens rotten, etc...Now the thought of eating a battery hen egg grosses me out! The yolks are so lifeless....

NO! We love them, our chicldren and grands love them! Once you taste your own, you will never, ever want to eat that store bought stuff again!
