Do you have a chick that needs it's gender identified? Post here!

Okay, what breeds do you have?
We have a lot of varieties. Each of our kids picked their own breed and do did my husband and I. And then we got a few mystery breeds too.
From Frey’s hatchery we bought day old pullets:
Rhode Island reds
Plymouth rock
Azure blue
Colombian rock

from local Kijiji adds we bought
Silkies
Polish
Show girl
Orpingtons
Black copper marans
Australorp
olive eggers

I love Plymouth Rocks and BCM.
Sadly I’m not getting any BCM, but I’m getting cuckoo marans, so we’ll see how that goes.

So glad this thread is being used! I pretty new to this, but I agree with all of the above gender guesses. What breed is it? It is a Barred Rock, right? Also, doesn't BR gender have to to with the barring? Lighter colors are males and darker ones are females, right? Although, BRs are considered sex linked, so did your chick have a spot on it's head? If so it is probably a roo, if not a pullet. I'm leaning toward roo.

If you have a chick or chicken that you need to know the gender of, post here! Try to include full body pics and a special pic of the comb. The more angles the better! Young chicks are not easily identified, so you may want to wait until they are older. If you have more than 1, please number. If there is a major size difference in chicks, go ahead and post a pic of it next to your other chicks. I hope this will help anyone who feels the urge to know. There are lots of individual threads on certain chicks, but I wanted to make 1 place for it. Thank you!
Here are my 2 month old Australorps and we think we have 2 hens.

Once again, not very good at this, but the red is very suspicious......... Also, are those some saddle feathers I see?
I'm sure someone with more experience will help you. Thank you for posting.
