My husband tells me that i need to, but i haven't. As you start mixing them with dirt they will need some type of wormer, especially if they are 6 months or younger. They don't have an immune system worth a darn until then.

ok. i have dog and cat wormer. this is a purty stupid question but will that work for peafowl or do i have to buy some special thing?

I start worming them at 3 months, about a month after placing them on the ground. They will get parasitic worm, from eating earthworms and etc.

I use safeguard for goats.(panacure)
Older birds also get wormed with ivomec also, starting at 6 months.
