These were bought as "silkies" but they can't be. They have a yellow beak and pink skin. They do have feathering on 3 of their 5 toes (although one chick does have 4 toes on one foot).

I have no idea what they are...I guess i will just have to wait and see how they grow up. I agree about the wing feathers they are definitely normal and not like true silky 'feathers'.
I'm thinking he's a lying idiot? He told me they're 'special' silkies when I called today and is adamant they are silkies. He said that if they grow up to not be silkies that he will refund us our money. But... a) how much longer and how much more proof do I need that they're not silkies and b) will he keep his word?!
