Do you know where your food comes from?

I was in supermarket deli and I asked the kid behind the counter which of the salads were vegetarian.

He asked me if beans are meat?

I felt like saying, yes, we went bean hunting last weekend and shot a big one.

Yikes. The only thing that I can think of vaguely reminiscent of beans is the stuff that comes out of the back of my goats. And I don't think they would make a very good salad.

I need to get myself a stronger trap I got a new one but a bean tore right throw it.

I just set up a trap hoping to catch the evil squirrels that are destroying my pear crop. Maybe I will get lucky and catch some garbanzos instead!
