My pet duck named Big Bird enjoys watching my tv while wearing a diaper.

Does anybody here do the same with their pet duck?

bahaha! our Ferdinand LOVES to snuggle up and watch TV! he's also been a diaper duck for so long, he doesn't know what to do with himself without it (inside)! sometimes, especially after a bath, I'll put a couple pet pads down and let him chill on them so he can preen better while in front of the boob tube. but he will usually zone out and forget. he's not the brightest.

Your both making me jeleous!

I wish but all of my ducks seem to hate me and my daughter. I am just the giant that brings them feed, locks them up at night and sets them free in the morning. I keep trying to give them treats and respect their desire to not be touched but they've been hating me for a while now. I'm afraid they're never going to like me :hit The Drake that had a deformed foot gives me the worst side eye ever. I can kind of understand why he hates me because I'm sure it was traumatic getting meds forced on him and then putting a handmade boot to force him to walk on his foot instead of his ankle joint, but he wouldn't have survived hobbling around on his joint. I can accept that he hates me for that. It's worth it that he can get around. The others weren't given anything but love though. I promise I'm not trying to bring anyone down, hahaha. I'm just jealous :love

when you say he gave you the worst side eye, do you mean he was actually looking at you sideways? haha because their eyes are fixed in their heads so in order to get a good look at things, they usually have to actually look at them from the side! it's always hilarious seeing Ferdie look at me all cockeyed!

@Momplus1 Mine aren’t too hot on me either. I enjoy watching them follow one another around the yard with their cute raspy little voices. Yeah, all boys. I had four but one died—long story but he was squished by a big cinder block. :hit They’re called John, Paul, George and Ringo. I can’t tell them apart, but DH says the unfortunate one was John. Anyway yeah—waterfowl hate me, too. :lau:gig:lau

Hahaha! Yep! I always call it the side eye because I can feel his dislike/disappointment for me when he looks at me. I know about their fixed eyes, but I haven't known that for more than a couple of months. The drake I am referring to, "Reggie", has this way of looking at me. Maybe it's just my guilt. I do feel bad for him but if I hadn't done it, I doubt he would be mobile at this point. He is constantly left behind the others and gets trampled often as he falls a lot. I think he blames me. I still love my "Quackers" (what I call them to come off the pond at night to eat and go in their house

Edited for "Quackers" not "Quakers" Hahaha!
