Do you like apple pie?

Debi, the corer slicer thing you can find almost everywhere these days. Check Target or Walmart. I know I have seen them there. This one is old. Old. Old.

This is a very easy pie. You can substitute just about any fresh fruit if you change the seasoning.

Tomorrow will be pumpkin pie from Pumpkins I baked fresh.

MMmmm. DH says you can tell the quality of a woman by her apple pie... he has me make them quite often in the fall. LOL.
I'll have to try this recipe, takes maybe 1/4 time to prep as my recipe... sliced apples, crust from scratch gets to be time consuming.

Exactly why I stopped making crust from scratch. Life's too short to do it that way every time.

I never ever make pies. I tried when I was younger and newly married, but they were always a flop.

However, that recipe looks perfect for someone like me. I think apple pie is on the menu for next week. Thanks!

No, I don't like apple pie, I LOVE it and best yet, I just ordered a bushel of organic apples oh yum and they'll arrive on Tuesday....Oh and Miss Prissy, I know you don't know but I made the goat butter in your other recipes and for this it screams for goat ice cream.....Love it!
