I'm a big fan of sweet potatoes but hold the marshmallows and any sugar. They are already sweet. I have a baked sweet potato almost every day. Wit a lot of butter, cinnamon, turmeric and shredded coconut. It is a sweet treat without adding any sugar or overly sweet things like marshmallows
