I had noticed on a post where someone mentioned they keep their ACV in the fridge. I don't & I thought "Oh crap! Have I been giving my chickens bad ACV?" when I read that!

Anyway, I went right then & looked at the bottle & noticed it said refrigeration not needed.

Now this has me curious how others store their ACV.

I keep mine under the kitchen sink but was wondering if it would be ok to keep a bottle out there with chicken supplies to be handy to use.

I have never refrigerated mine.

I keep mine in my back porch, which is also the tack room, grain room, medication room, storage area...you name it.

Nope got tired of pulling it out of the fridge. It sits right by the water faucet where I clean the waterers & refill each & everyday.

ACV is, by definition, one of those things that does not need to be refridgerated. Its not really going to go bad as its already "gone bad" so to speak by virture of being vinegar.

Refrigeration is not needed but it does need to be out of direct sunlight.
