BearSwampChick was the first to welcome me to BYC last May and PotterWatch was the first to try and offer help with id'ing my first order of chicks...thanks to their friendliness and that of others, I never left!!

Well the first one I remember is CityGirlintheCountry. I have got help from many on here but Citygirl is the one I remember. She identified my bantam chicks by my foto's and sent me many foto's of her BEAUTIFUL birds of the same breed Meal Flur Dew Clay (mille fleur d'uccle) . That's how I was told ya pronounce it and is much easier to spell too. I am still waiting and hoping that I have one even half as good looking as hers.
 
Lynnep was my first helper! Bless her heart, I posted a question about my sick chicken and nobody responded for over a day. She finally responded with the best advice! Thanks LynneP
 
I don't remember the first person on this site that helped me but there have been plenty along the way. I'm afraid to name them because I know I'll forget some but I can honestly say that Buster has kept me going with my chickens when I've wanted to just give up. I call him all the time to tell him that I'm done with my chickens and he has always told me to just stick it out, and I always do. All of my friends in chat are great enablers. Too Much Fun has always been a great friend, we don't talk about chickens a whole lot but he keeps me coming back to byc to chat with.
