Do you sell/eat your duck eggs?

I intend to sell mine... I work with people that come from many different cultures and apparently duck eggs are much better to eat than chicken eggs..

I sell mine and I eat mine.

I bake with ours, we also eat them scrambled, fried, and use them for french toast, waffles, and pancakes.. oh and cookies.. I also give a dozen or so a way to friends who appreciate them... wish I could sell some to help with feed costs.. etc.

Definitely eat them, ducks eggs are different and taste awesome

I never had enough to try selling them but it sounds like a good idea too.
