Do you sell your goose eggs for eating? Questions...

I personally sell blown out eggs for 1.50 a piece and eating eggs for 2.00 a piece.

Hi Kevin - I've been thinking of trying to blow-out eggs - What do you use to clean them after you blow them out? thanks
I just squirt the inside with water via syringe. I shake it up softly then just blow the water out.

I had a lady tell me she buys blown out eggs for 3.99 a piece at a crafty store (this is near Mpls, MN) so I told her we'd sell the unfertile eggs we have, blown out, for 1/2 that. I've been told out here 2.50 to 3 EACH for eating eggs. But when I do the math, selling eggs even at that price won't even cover the expense for maintaining our breeding flock, so we'll be attempting to hatch out as many as we can (we are aiming to raise pastured goose for the holidays)
