A better picture would be helpful. That's a rather red comb for a 10 week old pullet.

My first thought was pullet, but I'm seeing some rooster signs. Can you get a close shot of the comb?

I was think that but didn't see any other rooster features, pictures of the combs would help.

My daughter said the comb is not normally this pink and when the chicken settles it gets lighter. I think she's hoping not roo. (10 weeks old EE chicken)

Looks like a pullet. I don't see any pointed saddle feathers.

10 weeks is really too early for lack of saddle feathers to be a definitive sexing method, roosters often don't grow them until 13+ weeks. I thought I was seeing reddish color coming in on the shoulder, but I'm not seeing in in the better pics. The coloring overall is really female, so I'm going with pullet for now.
