do you think aliens are real?

I wonder why that is, exactly. Why does there HAVE to be life elsewhere in the Universe? We have a planet full and bursting with life and that isn't enough? There just HAS to be life out there, somewhere? Why do we feel the need to explore it or even believe it? Are we really THAT lonely or feel that our planet is so very far behind in technology that we must glean "intelligence" from another source....out there?

I've always been curious about this driving need to prove life exists beyond our own planet...isn't the myriad life forms here in their vast millions enough to study upon and enjoy?

I don't have a "need" to prove there is other life out there; like I said, there either is or isn't. And I do believe in God. All I can say is that if I were God, I'd look at the mess humans have made and create something else so fast it would make your head spin.

Because we have already proven there is life other than on earth. We know intelligent life took X amount of time to be here. We also have to assume the universe is as old as the earth so that X amount of time has passed there too. If you believe in only evolution, its all basic math. If you go 100% biblical, God never once says we are alone in the universe so we have no reason to believe we are his only fishbowl.

Well, of course we have...and that life created this Earth and the life there upon. I'm glad we agree upon something!
