Do young bantams lay during the winter or wait till spring?

I have 2 pullets one is silver duckwing OEG bantam & the other is a brown red OEG, they both are 7 months old and still no eggs, their combs are getting redder and their paired up with a rooster, and i just made them a house i havn't seen them go in but some of the bedding is moved around so I'm guessing there nesting now will they lay or wait till warmer weather i live in SC, its cold here now but we've had days were it was warm to, should i be expecting eggs soon or not till spring?

i wouldn't expect any this winter, though possibly they could have one or 2...i don't think that breed are winter layers.
