does a big tail indicate a roo

This is my first bunch of chickens so I am very stumped by this one. Especially since it is my most gentle out of all of them. I guess if it is a roo at least it will be a good gentle one.

Yet, it could be without doubt a pullet with a very interesting tail indeed.

That's a pullet. Tail shape can change, and at only 12 weeks even a male wouldn't necessarily have sickle feathers. But that small pale comb says female.
