Does all silkies have black skin?(pictures)

It’s hard to say what it is. I know from personal experience with reputable breeders that sometimes silkies can have pink skin and sometimes they can have four toes or even extra toes. Five toes and black skin is definitely most desirable. Cuckoo silkies and crele silkies for instance do not have black skin. Sometimes paint silkies come out with pink skin too. It just happens. The fact that it only has four toes makes me think it’s something else. Perhaps a satin? Many silkie keepers have satins as well which are part Cochin. Can you take a pic of the comb?

Yes I will later when I get back home. I know for a fact the lady the sold them had D'uccles, Frizzles and Silkies but they was all supposed to be in seperate lots. I'm terrified they are all going to be different breeds

The eggs was all normal silkie color and all the same size. I have had one for sure silkie hatch. I know the seller has D'uccles, Frizzles and Silkies. But she said she had them all seperate in different lots. So I'm hoping she just accidentally threw one in. This is what the chick looks like now that she has fluffed up a little. Sorry I can't take better pictures I still have eggs pipping ing my incubtor

Yeah that is what I am thinking ....I just had another one hatch and looks the exact same but it has 5 toes they are probably all mixed breeds when I paid good money for pure blood silkie eggs

If it had pink skin and five toes, it could possibly be a crele or a Mille fleur Silkie. Do you know what color silkies she has?

it could also be a mix of another breed. It’s hard to say.
