does ameraucanas have good meat?

Wish you were closer, I'd take him. I need a Wheaten. I have eaten lots of EE's, and a few Ameraucana, they are smaller, about 3-4# at 20 weeks, but I live alone so that big enough for me. They taste great, just like chicken.
