Ducks will learn their names, but they will not come when called unless you have treats they really like. Ducks pretty much won't do anything they don't want to do (which is nothing besides eating, lol) unless you make them or if you have food. lol. I remind again, Ducks are not like dogs at all... they have no reason to please a uman owner. In fact they will treat you like their slave. lol

The remind me a LOT of my cats. If you think of them as being more like cats than dogs, you will have a better idea what you are dealing with.

Cat would probably be more correct... like a cat you can't litter train, or to do any tricks... or one that doesn't like to be pet. lol
