The color pattern is very common in breeds other than Sex-link.
The color pattern could be a bad Red Pyle witch is common in a lot of breeds.
It could be that someone was working on a Red Pyle Wyandotte or it could be a Pyle color that you can get from some Blues that are bred out of Black Breasted Reds..
Pyle color is Black Breasted Red with Dominant White added. (White Leghorn would be a example of a Dominant white bird)
