does anyone else not eat eggs?

Hi!

People who come to buy my eggs, chicks or anyone I tell thinks its quite funny I don't even eat eggs yet raise chickens. I will eat eggs in cake or recipes but no plain eggs, or anything eggy tasting like quiche.

Does anyone else feel this way?

I wasn't always like this actually, I feel its actually because I DO raise chickens. It came on slowly!

I don't like the taste or texture of eggs, so I don't eat them either.

I didn't eat eggs for a long time before I had chickens. Yes, if they were mixed up in a cake or meatloaf and baked, I would eat them. But not scrambled or boiled, etc. Once we got chickens, I decided to try them for breakfast again. I now eat them frequently whether scrambled, deviled, omeletted, etc.

I don't eat eggs, never did. I don't like the taste of them. I will bake with them and that doesn't bother me. I even tried my chickens eggs hoping they would taste different or better or something but I still didn't like them. People think it's funny or strange that I raise chickens and don't eat eggs. I do make omelets for my kids.

I really don't eat eggs that often. But when I do it's usually dipping eggs, you can dip your toast in the yolk!
